Are you qualified to work with the LGBTQ+ Community?

Yes. I am OutCare certified as culturally competent in the care of the LGBTQ+ Community. I am a gender affirming therapist.


How long are therapy sessions?

Sessions are scheduled to be 45 minutes long. During some sessions, it may make more sense to go on with a session, rather than abruptly stop the session.


How long will I be in psychotherapy?

Psychotherapy is different to each individual and the length of treatment depends on each person. Successful psychotherapy also depends on presenting issues and treatment goals. Weekly sessions are encouraged initially. Sometimes when people start to feel better they start attending bimonthly and then transition to monthly or come on an as needed basis.


Do you offer online/virtual therapy sessions?

Yes. Online sessions are available to those who reside in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. You must be physically located in New Jersey or Pennsylvania at the time of each session due to licensing regulations. In person sessions are available in Bryn Mawr, PA.


Which insurances do you accept?

I accept the following insurance:

Out of Network Benefits/private self pay

If you do not see your insurance plan listed, I am able to provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company.


If you are utilizing out of network benefits or private self-pay, the fee schedule is as follows:

  • Initial Evaluation — $200

  • Individual session — $150

  • Family/Couples session — $175
